Cette collection explore la fusion entre la création textile et la confection de vêtements en développant une méthode de tissage jacquard industriel. L’objectif est de concevoir des vêtements directement à partir du métier à tisser, sans recourir à la couture traditionnelle. Cette approche vise à sensibiliser l’industrie de la mode et à soulever des questions sur les solutions pour réduire l’impact environnemental de la production textile.
Le développement créatif et la conception de la collection se base sur la réinterprétation de la technique de smocks en l’industrialisant pour créer des vêtements qui s’adaptent au corps. En utilisant le tissage jacquard industriel, cette méthode permet de créer des formes malléables et élastiques directement dans le tissu, offrant ainsi une personnalisation et un confort accrus. Cette approche repense la relation entre le corps et les vêtements, tout en contribuant à des méthodes de production plus durables et centrées sur le corps.
This collection explores the fusion between textile design and garment manufacture by developing an industrial jacquard weaving method. The aim is to design garments directly from the loom without traditional sewing. This approach aims to raise awareness in the fashion industry and raise questions about solutions for reducing the environmental impact of textile production.
